About Me

After graduation from college and years in the Atlanta building material business, Annette Bratcher moved to Middle Tennessee in 1995 where she became involved in the real estate/residential construction business. Initially, as a financial resource, but then moving into the day to day activities becoming a licensed contractor and Realtor. Annette Bratcher prides herself on being a good mentor to those entering either of the above mentioned fields and is grateful for the number of clients that have chosen her and determined her success in this arena. Annette Bratcher has been active in the communities that she has lived in; becoming a Director and then President of the Chamber of Commerce, a director in Kiwanis, a member of the Economic Development Board, and a founding director of The United Way. Annette Bratcher believes in giving back to her community where she supports the Rutherford/Cannon County Child Advocacy Group and First Shot Basketball. Annette maintains strong family ties with her family in Western Kentucky and her immediate family here, her husband, and her daughter. Annette Bratcher and her husband have recently welcomed the addition of their son-in-law, and their two grandchildren.
